So much more than a yoga teacher! One of the reasons why Stefanie is best at leading people in yoga is because she always considers the spectrum of needs and abilities of those who she leads in her classes! I’ve had trouble with my feet and my hips over the past couple of years and she has never failed to guide me through exercises and modifications that optimize my workout and my overall well being- in and out of the studio. I have an auto-immune disease, so managing stress is critical to my health- participating in Stef’s yoga classes has helped me maintain physical and mental health for the past 4 years and it continues to be part of my essential routine!
